Before you request

A request is not a commission yet. I read every request and reply by email. A commission starts when I accept it and you pay the first half.

The privacy page explains what a request stores and how to have it deleted.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment goes through PayPal. I ask for half up front and the rest when the piece is finished. I do not start work before the first payment arrives.

Changes

I send a rough pass before I render the piece. Small changes at that stage are free. Large changes after the rough pass may add to the price.

Delivery

I send the finished files by email. Please keep the files safe. I keep a copy for my portfolio.

Usage

You may post the finished piece and use it for personal purposes. Keep my signature on it. Do not sell it, print it for sale or use it commercially without a separate agreement.

Cancellations

Tell me as soon as you can. If I have not started, I refund the first payment. If I have started, I keep the part that covers the work done.
