FAQ
The questions I get most. If yours is not here, email commissions@neoxyden.art.
Placeholder answers — I review them before launch.
How do I request a commission?
Open the request page and fill in the form. Tell me who you are, which tier you want and what you would like drawn. Add one to three character references, then send it. I read every request myself and reply by email.
What should I send with my request?
Send a clear reference for each character. A reference sheet works best, but a few good pictures are fine. Describe the pose, the mood and any background you have in mind in the idea box. If you have no reference yet, say so and we can talk it through.
How do I pay?
Payment goes through PayPal. Give me the email on your PayPal account in the request, and I send the invoice after I accept the commission. I ask for half up front and half when the piece is finished.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. I send a rough pass before I render anything, and small changes are easy at that stage. Large changes after the rough pass may add to the price. Tell me early if something feels off.
Can I post the art?
Yes, post your finished piece and tag me. Please keep my signature on it and do not sell it or print it. Commercial use needs a separate agreement, so ask me first.
When do commissions open?
I open a commission set by hand. I close it by hand when I have enough work. The status sticker on the home and commissions pages shows the current state. If it says closed, the request page explains what is happening and you can try again next time.
