What a request stores, why it is stored, how long it stays and how to have it deleted.

What I store
When you send a request, I store your preferred name, email, contact details, PayPal email, the tier you chose, your idea text and the reference files you upload. I also store a hashed IP address and a short-lived rate-limit counter to stop spam.
Why I store it
I use these details to read your request, quote the work, send you updates and keep a record of the commission.
Where it lives
The site runs on Cloudflare. Request records live in a Cloudflare D1 database. Reference files live in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Only I can open the admin page.
How long I keep it
I keep a request until I delete it. Deleted requests and their files are removed. Cloudflare keeps database backups for 30 days. Reference files are not backed up.
Your choices
Ask me to delete your request and its files at any time. Write to commissions@neoxyden.art and I remove them.
What I do not do
No analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels. I do not sell your details.
